Pleasant place to stay, plus it was clean. The staff was amicable, excellent, and everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed breakfast that was included. The hotel had a very central location and it was walking distance to a Buddhist temple.

A RELAXING property, clean, unbeatable location for Chiang Mai as it's close to many bars and restaurants. Chiang Mai Old Town district certainly deserves to be visited.

I think it was great value. All good - I liked my stay - food was outstanding and my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Hotel was fairly clean. Very central location of this amazing boutique property was a bonus. It was walking distance to Holland Pancake House, where you can have lunch.

The staff were splendid, breakfast was classic and location was charming. The standard room was absolutely brilliant and had WiFi, flat-screen TV and terrace. Stunning sandy beach was near the hotel. Rooftop restaurant and pool bar were on site.

Ideal location, gracious staff, comfortable beds. Little hotel, tidy, nice sized rooms. A few minutes walk to shops and the markets, in a quiet street. Within 10 minutes' walk of the bus stop. The pool was lovely and the garden - beautiful. Pleasant enough experience and great value.

Best possible location, great value. I liked this hotel, it was fab. The staff were charming and the food freshly made! Quite and absolutely perfect room, I had a very comfortable stay. Welcoming service. There was a stunning restaurant, the markets and the shops next door.
